SIMS school integrated management system is an integrated school management system that serves the teacher, student, guardian, school administration, and all operations within the school in a smooth, simple and more efficient manner.
1- Student: review and send semester schedules, tasks, assignments, attendance and behavior, correspond with the teacher within the system, and other features.
2- The guardian (separate accounts for the father and mother): reviewing the student’s complete academic data (the possibility of choosing the student if more than one student is registered), monitoring attendance and behavior, monitoring grades, and financial costs and paying them through the system.
3- Teacher: Reviews academic data for each subject and attaches semester schedules, tasks, assignments, attendance and behavior for each subject and student, monitors grades for each student, and other features.
4- Academic Coordinator: Review teachers’ semester schedules and teachers’ data for each subject.
5- Financial Coordinator: Registration of students and parents and personal data, raising tuition costs for parents, and receiving and confirming payments.
6- Management: Complete management of the system and accounts for stakeholders.
